We will accept returns ONLY on items which was manufacturer defective or shipping damaged andONLY after receiving a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from us.
We should be notified within 14 days of shipment of your order and the item should be returned in itsoriginal condition for a full refund less shipping.
We only refund shipping costs if the return is the result of our error.
Our shipping cost reimbursement maximum is $4.50. If your order requires a more expensive shipping option you are responsible for the shipping cost without regard to who is at fault.
New items returned in there original condition due to other reasons like dissatisfaction, will be charged 15% restocking fee and we will not issue a refund for the shipping cost.
