Payment must be made as soon as possible via PayPal so that we can process and
post your product/s the same week day as ordered. Orders taken and posted up to
4.30pm . Each day . Sat/Sun orders posted Monday.
All products will be packaged to make sure they are safe for travel, and sent
off via AusPost. Combined postage is available on non Free Post items, if you
would like to combine items, please message us. Combined postage is calculated
based on the weight on all items, and your postage will be adjusted to the
weight class of your items.
International shipping will be sent by AusPost . Duty and taxes are the
responsibility of the buyer, we will not pre-pay duty.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase,
unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same
condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such
as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not
accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or
flammable liquids or gases.
